Looking for a good project task for our last year of automation studie

Looking for a intresting project for our final year at tecnican automation studie ( similar to engeener studie but more simple).
Is there anyone here that happens to know about a proplem that needs to be solved that are related to automation? We are looking for a project that has some himi/ regulator/prosess/plc and so on.
Its pluss if its something thats not so common on market.
we are planning to make a model if we cant find a company.
