Hi Guys
I purchased some of the above online around 3 weeks ago, They are a fairly new product, very usefull as you can change both colour from 4000k to 6000K and also wattage from 4 to 6 watt output.
After installing i tested the lights and found 1 not working,
Rather than send it back for a replacement, I thought i would investigte, The F connector on the end of end of the connecting cable was wired E L N earth live neutral instead of the correct L E N live earth neutral.
I always presumed new fittings were tested for continuity ?
I contacted Luceco who thanked me, but dident give any reason why this may have happened.
If anyone has read this and is still awake. I posted this because I have yet to post anything, and this is about as interesting as my day gets { - )
