Mad bid.com?

Has anyone on here used their site or been successful in bidding and getting a bargin? I've looked at their site and I can see how addictive it is. I'm one of those people that stays away from "to good to be true" deals but this place looks ok, any thoughts or past experience with them?

I have a stupid body clock and was thinking about bidding at 3 - 4 in the morning? Pity they don't sell hilti drills or mft's, we would all be on there.

There are programs out there that auto bid for you, so even in the early hours you probably wont stand a chance.
These lowest unique bid websites where you pay for 'x' amount of bids are a con. IMO

I'm under the same impression. I bet they make more money from selling bids than the ipads and laptops.

They sell about 30000 bids at £1.50 and flog you a Ford Focus for £1500, if you get lucky it will have cost you a few hundred quid, but just look at how much they have made for a £15000 car. If you dont win then you may have spent 2 or 300 quid on bids for nowt. The last time i watched madbid i noticed that once the counter had counted down to zero, about 5 seconds later it reappeared with a higher bid. Its a proper con if you ask me, but i wish i had thought of it first.

Howard should we forget about working hard and just set up our own money making scam on this forum? Anyone want to send me £50 via paypal so you can try and bid for something that you will never win.
