Mcs renewal

Just had a four hour mcs audit for my renewal, all went well, except for a couple of non conforms, and a strong word of advice, anyone not doing wind cals and structural calcs are going to be in trouble, and they can make you go over all your installs and carry out calculations. I was ok on this, but he made a big deal out about it, napit have just recently started to clamp down on it, and any members not conforming could be in trouble.

good info do you get engineers calcs for every job then or work out yourself

I would be prepared to pay that for a report, but I have been quoted by 3no companies from £ 1000 to £ 1600 plus vat!:whatchutalkingabout

Certainly dont pay that much 1k-1.6k
