Why do a lot of my posts now require moderator approval?

I've also seen other members question this but their question was lost within other threads.

I have the same issue.
There was a notice by the Mods a while ago about random Modding but all my posts suffer.

I'm not exactly a new poster either.

Its nothing personal. I have activated a system that will catch spammers and swearing and other stuff we don't want. I'm needing to use live data to configure it though so it's set quite sensitive at the moment.

Worth noting that it's only catching about 5% of total posts. So it's not the whole forum.

Hang in there and it'll calm down as and when I keep tweaking it.

Worth also noting that literally zero spam has gotten through the various levels of automatic detection, and then of course our awesome team of actual humans.

So the stuff we setup is needed.

Thank god the days of Chinese little blue pill spammers are well over lol

And what's with the message that pops up saying something about enabling two stage verification? All I tried to do was quote some of Dans message

Which moderator is doing all the approving just now?
I’m sure they’re really happy with all the extra reading they’ve got to do to make sure we’re still behaving. ;)

Keep it up dan... all these changes are for the overall good of the forum.

Ps. @Dan Can I get diy access? I promise not to say “get an electrician in” on my first post.

Another few days and it'll be seamless mate. All the staff have chipped in to make sure nothing is waiting too long. Personally I've been a bit busy today. Seems the lads and ladies (SC and Lou) have approved most. And westy the mod ninja of course.

DIY; inbox me. A reply won't be quick though I have a dozen waiting in there.

Strima the same thing is happening to me like last night a person ask a question and 20 minutes later I already answered it but it took well over one hour to be approved. I thought that’s what we want is quick responses
