Nest. Urgent question

Evening all.
Need some help please.

Trying to install nest in my house.

So.....current set up is Combi boiler and Honeywell CM907 thermo/programmer.

Honeywell has 3 core running to it.
Brown wire in A terminal of Honeywell
Grey wire in B terminal of Honeywell.

Test shows that the grey wire is live.

Black wire is not connected at all.

Could do with some advice on how to connect up to the nest backplate.

Install the heat link next to the boiler and use the thermostat cable that’s in place to connect the nest to the appropriate terminals in the heat link.

So there’s no way of placing the nest heat link where the Honeywell used to be using the current 2/3 wires available ??

Is my only option to place it next to the boiler then ?

Lol, I’m an absolute clown.......it’s a Hive system I’m trying to install.....
Jesus it’s been a hell of a day......don’t know why I’m bothering doing this now.
Might just go to the pub
