You are allowed to download onto 2 mobile devices and 2 PC's. I have it on iPad and iPhone and they work well.

The Magic word in PME is the M, which stands for ''Multiple'' !!

If the neutral hasn't been earthed at multiple locations along a distribution cable length, then you are just inviting trouble/disaster by making your own TNC-S link....
