Im pricing for a new build typical 3 bed house, and was wondering if anyone has a straight answer on the requirements for ventilation as far as i would be responsible for

last new build i done was extract fans in bathrooms, ensuites, toilets, utility rooms and kitchens, as usual

That was 2009

i have worked in a few new builds lately that have ventilation ducts in each room back to a central extract point

i have also looked at the building regs section but its not clear at all

Is there no specification that you are pricing to either ?

If it's like a new build I went to recently you simply duct out from each fan so they vent into the loft, then get into the van and drive as fast as possible.

Also look at the Domestic Ventilation compliance guide, that may be helpful (or a right pain to read!)
