So, I have a new hobby:D, going into the big orange shed, walking down the electrical isle with a totally bemused look on my face, picking up an electrical accessory of some description and proceeding to interrogate an "employee" about how I can wire my shower into my lights "cos theres one real close":D:D

The joy I get from winding these mushrooms up is priceless.:D

lenny welcome to my world put on smart clothes they take you for an office type with a biot of ££ that knows nothing about electrics. I have even been given a card to call someone so they can take a lookn and price it.

ooh you evil man!!:D..

I never realised the potential, I have a history of going in and arguing with them, even geting thrown out and banned from my local store. But never winding them up......oh how much I have missed out on.:(

i once upset one of their staff whilst earwigging on a load of bad advice one of the employees was giving a customer he was least impressed when i pointed out he was wrong and the advice he was giving was wrong and dangerous. one of the lads in there is an ex spark and he is spot on been there for eyears and even updates his regs courses even though he has not worked on the tools for 15 years plus.

another good one is when doing your weekly shop at the supermarket when paying for any handy cleaning product (ciff, bleach whatever) ask for the safety data sheet.
They have to provide these by law, but they get very flummoxed when asked for them.
(Although from experiance don't do it when your wife is there)

thats brilliant got to remember that !
1 go in sat morning.
2 get 2 items
3 select the queue with youngest member of staff who looks a bit slow.
4 Insist of safety sheet and wait for it
5 enjoy all other irate cusomers trying to find another checkout tutting away.

I like the cold calling door to door guy's selling double glazing and alarms, you don't get many these day's

At my previous address I kept an alarm salesman on the hook and the doorstep for an hour and a half baiting him with don't they have to comply with BS something or other and what sensors he recommended and whether some sensors were more prone to false alarms than others as I didn't want an alarm going off for no reason, I eventually asked him could he recognise an external sounder when he said yes I asked why he had knocked at my house as I pointed out the electronic sounder on the wall above his head, he was looking for the old style bell box:D:D. I did suggest he asked his company for more training

This really brightened up what had been an awful day at work

:D we can get the lenny to do his bit and record him and then annoy them all at once by asking stupid questions on wiring cu`s and whats that part p milarkie
