Is it a general rule of thumb that any oven below 2.9 kw go on 1.5mm flex and 13amp plug top? Any thing above 3kw has to be hard wired ? Thanks in advance

if it comes with a fitted plug, plug it in. otherwise read manufacturers instructions.
