Forum Spa is a line of tiltable IP65 GU10 downlights. They might be helpful, but note though, they ain't fire-rated and you might need a fire hood to help.

I've completed this job now!;)

That name rings a bell though - think I did fit some and found them a bit on-the-cusp of dropping out the ceiling which isn't optimal at any time but for a shower...

Anyway further understanding of part C reveals the whole thing is a dungshow anyway - part c fittings have a leakage value and rooms have an overall leakage value and compliance is largely impossible unless you have one downlight per 20 meters or something.
