Part L - low evergy lighting ????? newish reg? help?

Hi All, I have to do a presentation at work, I know the old Part L said about low energy lighting etc, I know it was also changed again not that long ago..... am I correct in saying Part L for new builds now states that 75% of lights should now be low energy ? like LED's?

You are correct Luke, try doing a quick web search for 'domestic building compliance guide' and do a quick ctrl-f for 75%

Page 10? 2.15? "Internal lighting." Refers you to the "Domestic Building Services Compliance Guide." Google this. Download it. Look at the contents. Find the right page (81 and 82). There's your answer.

why not just help the guy like fox did, give the answer why should he have to do some research & then come back? not everyone knows everything & asking for help on a forum should be encouraged & also may even help others. just can't understand it myself seen it quite a bit on here. I however do like the link provided.

As far as I can this post
There is no direct answer, just lead to information to help.beef/fill in this presentation. At the end of the day, Luke knows what his presentation scope.is.to the letter, and is up to him to sort it. You can only really lead him to the correct, in date information to give him hope of making a good and ture presentation.
