Looking for some help.
Is it possible to wire a pir light that only has line-neutral-cpc
With a normal outside light normal connections via a light switch.
So both lights come on when the switch is operated but only the pir light works when the switch is off
 
it can be done. maybe need to use some 3 core/E, or 4core flex.

get a spark in and save you life .

No not enough cables, it can be put controlled if you leave the switch on and just use it to turn it off , need 4core for what you are trying to do
