Pir light + switched light

Looking for some help.
Is it possible to wire a pir light that only has line-neutral-cpc
With a normal outside light normal connections via a light switch.
So both lights come on when the switch is operated but only the pir light works when the switch is off

No it cannot be done with a PIR fitting which only has L N and E connections.

No not enough cables, it can be put controlled if you leave the switch on and just use it to turn it off , need 4core for what you are trying to do
