Hi guys, im new to this forum so i wouldnt know if im posting in the right places. I needed some advice on deep fat pressure fryers electrical side. Specifically, Henny Penny machines. I know there are electric and gas combi machines and then those that are just electric. However, both of them have a electrical side to it.
I wanted to know what course i need to do in order to gain knowledge of the electrical wiring inside. I wanna be able to detect faults in the machine by using a tester. So that i can repair and replace parts. I have very little electrical knowledge but can get loads of call out work for repairing easily. I do not want to teach myself by trial and error but i would rather do a proper electricians course that is most suited to these machines. I have done a lot of online research and in local colleges who say that there electric courses are not designed for these machineries.
Help and advice will be appreciated. Thanks.
