Have been trying to submit FiT reading to Scottish Power Green Tariff by phone, by email, by online automated system. Have failed MANY times and STILL not getting through. Anybody else suffering at the hands of Scottish Power?

Telephone phoneback wait time, at less than 2 minutes ago, between 43 and 66 minutes!

Does it actually say: "Could not complete request. The meter reading provided is greater than expected."?

This is a message that the web page erroneously displays when it doesn't recognise your FiT id.

So, if I'm putting in the correct FiT (which I believe I am) I'm still screwed?

I think they have a problem with the site at the moment.

I havent had a single issue with them in nearly 5 years!

Hopefully that will give you some confidence and the issue will be resolved quickly.

I'm the same, I deal with them and SSE and have done so for 3 or so years. Never a problem with Scottish Power, humoungous problems with SSE but I've not had a problem with either, up to now, about submission of readings. Times they are a'changing!
