The company is ECO APPROACH LTD, seems they have expanded from EPCs to cover as many other areas as they can, including EICRs, now there is a ready market of landlords waiting to part with their money.

Also interesting to read their T&Cs, as a contractor for them, you are only allowed to do a full EICR with all sections completed; anything less and you don't get paid.
