Hi

I've removed a 3-phase commercial cooker from my kitchen (combined oven/hotplates/grill). The supply is via a 3 phase mcb (no RCD)

The replacements are a domestic induction hob and an integrated oven/grill.

The hob has 2 line terminals which can be linked for single phase or wired to 2 phases of a 3 phase supply. The oven is single phase.

Can I use the existing 3 phase circuit to supply both appliances - 2 for the hob and the 3rd phase for the oven?

The combined maximum draw for the new appliances is slightly less than the old cooker.

There is a solution to this but I can’t tell you..(electricians code of conduct)

You can use the existing cable btw
