i have a panel with 2 no star delta pumps 39 kw 63 amps flc can anybody size cable for me length of run approx 100mts 1no pump is on standby but could start if pressure drops the cable has to be afire rated swa clipped to a tray running through an underground carpark the panel has 50 amp motor rated fuses the pumps are to serve a wet riser system eg fire hoses

In a quick answer NO, as you have not given enough info, eg protective device and type, cable run conditions ,is it running through a high temp zone (boiler room) clipped on surface is it in trunking etc.

These are just a few things required before an answer can be given

in addition to what ian quite correctly said, is it to be calculated as a cyclic load or is it operating only occasionally
