Think we are both in a similar area & yes I agree it's tough around here at the moment!!

I've started to put my business cards and a covering note about myself, through the letter boxes of houses with 'SOLD' signs on them. Only had one call from new owners up to now, but I expect the house sales will start to move again when the spring kicks in - fingers crossed!!!

Is Warwick too far South for you?

I ask because I'm going to look at a job on Monday near Warwick which will be way too big for me on my own. There are two office refits, two workshops needing a variety of three phase stuff (extractors, ramps etc), some bathrooms, another two offices need "refreshing" whatever that means, basically a lot of work. I'll post again when I have seen the job and know more, scope, dates etc. If it's too far down for you guys then it may be of interest to others, so I'll post it in here as a new post.
