Just a quick bit of help please.I am reading a schedule relating to the replacement of quite a lot (120) of emergency light fittings and batterys in a large Care Home.
Some light fittings are refered to type TC - DE can you tell me what these are ?
Also with regards to replacement batteries there are something like 44 'stick' type batteries (4 section)to be replaced in the control box's of IBL downlighters (3 hours),i can source these,i think, from various internet sites for around £15 + postage, anyone have any experience to do better ?
Also there are in 66 bedrooms ordinary downlighter conversion packs which look like spagetti junction when you pull them all out of a 60mm dia hole, the battery's are marked spo75 and in a 'snake' like pack which i am sure was MEWW originally but they have gone bust.I am having some trouble sourcing those at a reasonable cost and a bit worried about linking something different to the control gear so maybe inclined to replace the lot with perhaps an led pack but it has to be dimmable.Anyone any thoughts on this ? Thanks very much. Lioned.
