Why is the Earth in a Twin & Earth cable not sleeved???

I Thank-you

agree, probably cost like everything these days, the csa of a cpc is smaller than the L&N so it might be a major problem when its being manufactured or something, but even then i will bet its down to £££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££.
