Looking to purchase some commercial induction catering equipment which is rated at 380V and other items at 220V all at 50Hz will these operate on UK single & three phase circuits safely, correctly and without overheating issues, or will I have to introduce a step down transformer on the supply and if I do, will this adversely affect the existing electrical appliances, properties electrical circuitry?

i appreciate that the U.K. harmonised from 240V and 415V down to 230V and 400V with a -/+ percentage either side but I believe supply voltages still fluctuate across the U.K. hence the aforementioned question.
