Can anyone give me a good Idea how cable rating factors are worked out do we use table 4b2 and 4b3 please help and exsample would be brilliant

I would use table 4B2 and assume a ground temp of 20 degrees......lifes simple then.

Thanks would you use any other table its just a dB board from a electrical intake room buried about 20 m to a welcome sign
