Wring a 6 Studio HMO and just been asked to stall Virgin TV, broadband & phone to every room. How's this best achieved ?????

Thanks in advance.

broadband - cat5 cable , from one place (utility cupboard etc) to every room. in there they have to be connected to a router and a suitable broadband connection (provided by who?).
phone - cat5/phone cable from where ever main phone line enters the building to every room.
call to BT if needed.

virgin - special coax cable from where virgin can connect them up to every room. give them a call to ask for details and what type of cable to use.

edit: all cables ending in utility room, from there a big conduit leading towards the street/entrance so cables can be pulled when needed.
