Why do I have no power in the BR

I woke up one morning to find no power in MBR and to the light just outside the door. The Hot Water heater went out the same day ( been leaking for months and didn't know it). I had the hot water heater replaced but still have no power. Hot water heater works. I've checked all the breakers none were tripped and all have power coming in. I got one lose breaker for the dishwasher, I never use dishwasher. I replaced the breaker for the MBR even though it didn't need it. I've checked all the outlets and the switches and no loose connections. In fact I reconnected all wires from the back to the screws on the sides. Still no power. I posted a picture of where everything is located. I can't figure out how the circuit runs. The outlet right of the window in the MBR has 3 wires everything else has 2 wires. I am on a strict budget and can't afford a professional right now. BTW it's been this way for over a year. Does anyone have any ideas or had the same problem?
