winter work jackets

Hi Dave , I bought one of these, this time last year. Have to say one of the best jackets I have ever bought. Really warm and very water resistant, lots o pockets also. I wear it every day

i have the army goretex for the spring/ summer but when im working i find too many layers a pain.

as for gloves i wear these (when the h and s man is about)

the gloves with some half fingers and some full just didnt feel nice imo.

I've got the snickers gloves with the three fingers cut out and they seem to be pretty good

Tried one on in the screw fix and it seemed to fit nice. Definitely try it on though. Other than that has been toasty today when the temp dropped to minus 4

Just an update, was outside all afternoon in the rain. Outer jacket soaked still bone dry inside

WTH is wrong with you soft southern jessies! Last week I was fitting outside lights in shorts and a t shirt while it was snowing. All you have to do is work a bit harder and you're sorted.

exactly! i mentioned this on another thread... my winter attire is normally a polo shirt, even when working outside. 5 minutes of graft usually gets your body temp' up. pffftt, southerners.

thanks buddy, im going to give the xl a try i think as i'm a 42 chest and large is listed as 41, id rather room for another layer too
