UK wiring up a 4 aircon units

I have 4 aircon units outside my house going to 4 units inside. I have been told i need a isolator switch for each one. And just wondering how to wire it up myself. I have been told they but out 8amps max and need to wire to my fuse board, just wondering if i can wire each switch on a ring main?

the air con installer / supplier should be giving you a specification of the supply required for each outdoor unit.

this should be done by someone with the qualifications and registrations required to install new circuits to domestic property in the uk (known as part P)

I would recommend that you send the specification out to a few local electricians and ask them to quote.
