I never throw away the metal cut off from SWA it's used in all sort of ways, latest was as staples to keep polystyrene boards at right angles to each other and form an insulated square around a Propagator in the Greenhouse.
 
Once that start banging on about promo codes and online deals for companies I skip to the next video

but I appreciate they have to make money from the vids and they get paid for doing advertising, so it feels a necessary evil
same for me ...once the "sales" pitch start etc .I skip the video
