Anybody recognise this tool thief from West Midlands?

Was sent this video showing a van tool thief in the Midlands area. Somebody will recognise him... hopefully they catch the scum.

I think it was CCTV footage, they would've been watching it after the event.

have you seen the mess of 95% of society? i would of stepped in because i enjoy a good scuffle , if opportunity presents itself who am i to refuse, just other day someones dog was outside shops not tied up, so i waited with the dug till the idiot re-appeared from the bank with the lead round his shoulders

I think the video in the article is a video of the CCTV screen taken on a phone with people watching and discussing the theft after the event.
