    wrong EICR form

    Just been told by the letting agent that the last lot of EICR's I've done have been rejected by the council, because it's not on the official NIC form. Been using PIRForm for the last 3 years, not a problem until now.

    kosnic led lamps

    Hi anybody use these? I put 8 down-lights in a hall and stairway about 18 months ago. (customer supplied lamps and fittings from amazon) 3 of them have now failed and i was wondering if it was poor quality led's or a bad batch. I normally use led hut ones or megaman from the wholesalers.

    spot the fault

    went to change a light fitting on found no earth to lights, client said last spark to look at fault on lighting circuit couldn't find the problem so left cpc out of board. took me about 15min's to find it.
