I understand now that they have changed PIR to Electrical installation condition report however what I want to know what other forms come with it?
Is it still the Schedule of Test results and Schedule of inspections or have they changed the name of them too?

Just been looking at Elecsa's website for possible registration. I noticed they require the 2391 for you do be able to do electrical condition reports.
Is this the case with all the other bodies too???

If you use computer programes to do your certification at work you might find this template usefull to print off and hand fill in, on site. I didnt make, it its a mixture of pages i downloaded and added together just to get by for the time being. hopefully it might help some people.
