    Lightning conductor repair on a Church

    Its beyond my scope, so do ant of you fellas know who does such work in East Kent? A 10metre section of bare stranded copper has been nicked, this heads off into the heavens directly to the spire & its a long long way up.

    as title. does anyone know of a good repairer for my 1552. it's fine on all ranges (calibrated), except for continuity, where it reads incorrectly and erratically. e.g . on a 1.0 ohm resistor, it will read anything from 1.3 to 1.7. it's not anything to do with nulling the leads or the leads...

    I was replacing the circular element on my beko fan oven and noticed the element sticks out at an angle from the back of the oven when i replaced it.     Cheap(ish) calibration and repair

    Have to get my Megger 1552 Calibrated and a reapir to the cable connections. When set to Ohms it seems intermittent on whether it reads open/closed circuit. Took it to wholesalers who quoted £70 Calibration + £130ish for repair + VAT... So for a spend of £250 Tops would I be better at looking...
