We have our Mcs Assessment a week today and have spent today finalising our qms. Feeling not too bad about it and the general consensus of opinion I have seen so far is not to worry too much... I hope!

Is there any way to break open your average pre-fabbed cable connector tip in such a way that you could re-use it? I'd like to replace the end of a DC cable without just chopping the end off ...

I have to bend some steel conduit as shown in the picture about how would you get the angles spot on? The picture isnt really accurate as i belive the 2 sets will be similar. doing it another way isnt an option as thats how the client wants it too look like. the black opject is a wall support...

I find myself testing a lot of place that have no info on the DB. I use a fuse finder, isolating other circuits and leg work to identify each point on the circuit. This is a pain when other trades are around as they keep grumbling about me turning off power.
