Let me pick y brains with something that might have an easy solution but I just can't decide what to do

Building an Motorhome out of a bus. Will use for a couple years in the US (110v), then move to Europe (220).

I'll have mostly 12v equip, but still some 110/220 stuff like AC and what not!!!
- 400w Solar w/ 400amps lithium battery + shore power.
Shore power is the issue.
Wire w 110v wires or 220v?
I know i can buy dual outlets and change the inverter when moving, but the wiring system and 30amp vs 50amp?
US 60hz vs EU 50hz

I'm lost with all that. Really appreciate if someone can help menout make it a simpler transition from one to another other than just buying converters.
Thanks a bunch
