What do the r x z refer to on the voltage drop tables in appendix 4 of the 17th edition

page 336 17th Ed Wiring Regulations refers: Section 6, TABLES OF VOLTAGE DROP

For cables having conductors greater than 16mm squared, cross sectional area, Impedence Values are given as (mV/A/m)z together with the resistive component r and the reactive component x.
