Afternoon,
Quick question. I’ve been to a job earlier to find a fault, but this connection was at the main switch. The first set of tails come from the meter and the second set are down to another duel RCD board. Looks doggers. Checked the Schneider manufacturing instructions and I was wondering if meter tails are classed as Flexible or Rigid. Might be a obvious answer and I’m having a bad moment.

What about 19 strand flexi-tails? Clue in the name?
They flex because they are made up of 19 smaller coarse strands rather than 7 larger ones.
I certainly don’t think of single core cables as flexible conductors but they are stranded so they give more flexibility.
Generally not finely stranded tho.
