Is the following set up possible with a 3 Gang 2 Way Smart Wifi Switch set up (the black glass type touch ones)

One of the 3 switches, switches the loft light on/off
The second one switches a motion sensor outside which is connected to two up/down lanterns on and off plus they have override built into them so they can stay on permanently.

The third one does the same as the second one but for a lantern at the front of garage

If they are dimming smart switches, probably not
if they are relay type smart switches then probably yes.

you may well require a N at the switch position

Smart switch 2-way operation is often achieved by the second "2-way" switch actuating the first "2-way" by RF (the first actually doing the switching), not by physical connection, so although they can provide 2-way functionality, they are not necessarily actual wired 2-way switches. So if you have 3 wires at the switch, you may not be able to do this with the same hard wiring, and a little thought will be required. Check the physical connections of the 2-way smart switch you are proposing to buy, and how it relates to the circuit you have.
