That is the way I lost about 150 euro. My visa card expired and I decided to take a chance to use free 75 euro offered by Google Addwords, thinking they will not be able to charge more than 75 free credit. In about half year I forgot about my adventure with addwords. I attach my new card to system and ... what a surprise! my card is automatically deducted 150 euro.
