Good Morning Folks!
I have recently started a role as a field engineer for door entry system, I come from a specific product a well known brand however with this field role now I have to work all different kind of door entry systems which is a bit different and challenging for me, I don't mind it and trying my best to understand systems when on site. Recently I came across a system which appears very different and was not able to resolve the issue. I am attaching images to help you guys understand what I saw. This is a 11 flat block, MED is maglock, A fob reader and PTE and a Service/Trades button.

At the back of the reader I have terminals 12v C, 0v H, Exit O, Exit Z, Lock +, Lock -
what does C and H represent? What is Exit O and Exit Z? Where does the fob data saved?
Lock + and Lock - go into a paxton 12v relay at the power side and on the relay side there are two wires fitted at C and NC, I understand that the reader was designed for strike lock i.e power to release but since a maglock has been used a relay had to be used to make switching 12v via NC , This NC should be going to lock from what I understand.

On the buttons side there is a solid copper wire going through all the buttons which I am assuming 12vdc as looking at how diodes are fitted and other side must be 0v. The wires connected to each button would go to the flats to provide 12v to handset and cause it to ring. (Please correct me if i am wrong)

I do not know the wiring done on the speakder modular side, Unfortunately I did not take more photos as I had to go to another job. I tried to search the internet for this modular wiring diagram but did not find one, its too old and available to purchase however no wiring information. If anyone knows this modular type or has some sort of diagram please let me know it will be greatly appreciated.

Also there is a box on the wall which has power supplies and timers which I am also trying to make sense, its definatley for the Service/Trades button but so far wasn't able to make sense of it.

I spoke to installations company for some sort of wiring diagram for the site but they don't have one and simply told it's either a 4 wire +n or 2 wire intercom system.

I'm thinking in your previous role you did not do much if any faultfinding

So what if any faultfinding did you actually do on this system there is a lot that can be done without wiring diagrams or manuals
Did you check the output voltage of the PSU, wouldn't be the first time the light is on but nothing is being delivered
After that trace the cable back from the mag check the emergency release button has not been operated or or a fire alarm relay has failed (if fitted) or any door release buttons are jammed
Any evidence of recent building or services work which may have damaged any of the cabling

Then there is always google urmat domus 786 manual

which finds https://urmet.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/786-13-Installation-manual.pdf

I think that is the strike relay module but no hits on that part number so unsure.

Search for Acet/Tonna 2 wire you will see a diagram on DIYnot forum for the speaker amplifier. Not that exact system but close like you say it is old and not much info available.
Also there is a box on the wall which has power supplies and timers which I am also trying to make sense, its definatley for the Service/Trades button but so far wasn't able to make sense of it.

From research only the 2 wire Acet/Tonna have Diodes.

Acet/Tonna as originally the Italian company Acet made the units but was acquired by Tonna.

Not an Intercom expert so only what I could gather via Internet searches.
