Hi all,

Wondered if anyone could please tell me what is the minimum distance required above convection heaters for the kind of wide plastic trunking that carries cables and has sockets inset into it - the sort that's like a dado rail.

It's in a portacabin if that makes any difference.

This sort of distance would be specified by the manufacturer of the heater, but it would likely be a fair distance 1m or so, another method may be to fit a heat deflection shelf below the trunking.
