Anyone else have to hold one of these cards in order to purchase fluorinated gases?

It would be nice if the ECS/JIB card could incorporate the F-gas qualification so I dont have to renew and pay for 2 separate cards and 2 separate health and safety tests.

Not sure if FGas applies to Refrigeration Gases, it's been a while since I was involved in the A/C INDUSTRY SO COULD BE MISTAKEN,

I dont have a card, but am registered with Refcom. I get all my gas from Wolseley, once they had confirmed my Refcom registration never had a problem since.
