How do the cables run at present from above or below, left or right

One is a double socket, the other is a cooker control unit, and will be a much bigger cable.
There will also be a cable going down to the cooker outlet, which I presume is to the left, and below worktop height.

For a short distance, and if the wall is plasterboard, there may be enough slack to reroute them to where they are going, or they may need jointed and extended.
Joints hidden, but leave accessible for future. Ie, behind freestanding cooker?

As your location states Malta, is this job in UK?

No I live In Malta . the cooker outlet is on the right it will be exactly below where i marked with red. I need to cut into cinder block but that is not a problem. I was thinking if i need to joint wires i leave an inspection box , it will be hidden but accessible as it will be behind the fridge

This is why I asked how the cables run. You say they come from the bottom but from which direction, from the right may give you enough slack with no joints.
