Anyone got a sample O&M manual please?

Hi all, has anyone got a sample O&M manual I could have a look at for a simple commercial electrical installation. I need to produce one for a small job I have undertaken, sub main to small office and external garden power so fairly small and straightforward. What headings do I need and how much detail? Thanks.

Thanks Pete, I have looked on google and you are correct there are about a million, most manuals appear to be over the top, looking more for a succinct and to the point version.
