My apprentice lost his test meter (fluke ts1000) provided to him by his employer.
SO I made him one cruel cos he thinks its been found but maybe he will look after the next one HE buys.

How in the earth do you lose something like that? It's not like we're talking about a contact lens here? I would introduce a new policy - anything he loses, he gets slapped round the head with his replacement when it comes. Hope he doesn't lose a hammer.
 
all apprentice tools should be boomerang shaped so they come back and whack him on the head.
