Customer thinks first spark is over egging the pudding and it's not really that bad.

Opened door took pictures and closed door, yes it is that bad.

Not a bad days work, 5 hours travel, 15 minutes taking pictures, 15 minute write up.

No it was a basement that was suffering from four outside-in service ducts not being sealed and water running in coupled with a warm atmosphere due to equipment, some condensation on mains water pipes.

My real answer was "I agree with the other fella" now where's my brown envelope.

Mini bonus though, was given a tenner for changing an old girls tire she kerbed in the car park.
