At a crossroads, Looking for advice!!

Hi all, looking for some advice from you good folk. I've been fully qualified (2357, NVQ L3, AM2) for about 8 years now, and passed my 2391 a little while back. I've got my JIB gold card, Asbestos awareness, Ipaf training etc, EV course in a few weeks time. When i was doing my training, my work was pretty much all domestic. I've done some commercial stuff including addressable fire alarm installs, but not much. I'm at the point now where the domestic stuff is becoming a grind. I potentially have the opportunity to do some jointing work (replacing old VIR incomers in blocks of flats). So i suppose my question is, which way to turn and why! Any pointers on how to get into more commercial stuff? Would picking up agency work be of any benefit?? Any advice would be massively appreciated.
