went to a rental property where this is a cupboard in bathroom with a socket in which is used for washing machine!should I change this for a fused spur?also there is a storage heater in bathroom, is this ok?

depend if the cupboard is 3m away from bath as skt with rcd protection are now ok
storage heaters are fin if ip rated
 
Doesnt the cupboard door become a barrier that puts the socket outside the zones.

Change for a protected spur - hair dryers come with very long flexes these days.
