Bought some of these for domestic situation and needed some technical advice. Rang BFT in Manchester and asked for Technical Support and was told that they were busy. When i told this person who answered the phone what I wanted he asked me where I had bought the units. WhenI told him that I had bought them via an Agent in Nottingham he told me that BFT do not give Technical advice to customers who did not buy their units direct from BFT!
I had previously called BFT directly for a price for 6 units and didn't even receive a return call as promised.
I must say that if this Henry is representative of his Company I will not be purchasing any further BFT products.
When I complained via email I didn't even receive a reply.
This Company does not deserve business!
