New Neff Double Oven - 28A total load. Oven tail 4mm 3c butyl HO7 35A rated.
Feed 6mm T&E, to a 40A oven switch with 13A socket.
Circuit breaker - 40A or 32A ?

a 32A MCB would be my choice. this would be adequate for the load.
 
Yep would agree with 32a, might have been OK with 40amp if cable was 10mm2
