Is anybody else having problems with BT Mail today

This service has been awful since they changed platforms earlier this year and is down yet again

Had loads of problems with it a few weeks back. So slow, loads of spam in inbox, etc, etc. Seems a lot better now...probably ironing out problems....but the service is pathetic. Heard about customers leaving and then being charged their full contract...it was all over the internet forums for weeks. It's probably down to a cost cutting issue.....ditching Yahoo.

BT are reducing or have reduced a lot of their outsourcing over the last year and are bringing it back "in house"

Probably better to change to another company ipf it that is the standard of customer service you are getting, 5 days? gasp!! Mind you Sky is nearly as bad, the telefonists were from Scotland lol, I couldn't understand them

Maybe we should start a thread to rate "responsive" call centres??

I can't imagine, if we are discussing large companies, that the list would be very long!

My thoughts too, mate. I'll review the situation in february, when my contract is up.....don't want to pay two companies for three months....they're insisting on contract payment from those who opt out, thieving sods!
